Aren't you meant to advance to frame 16? That's what I did when catching my Ho-Oh. Also, any help?

I'm trying to RNG for a specific TID using Pandora's Box. Whenever it says that it has found a seed though, I cancel the search and the TID appears as 0, and I don't know what it means. (4th Gen)

I'm not too sure of this, so someone else will have to help. Though what IVs did the buizel have?

Use the Seed To Time function and check which seed you are hitting the most of the time, and adjust your timer accordingly. Also, from most cases I've seen, you'll need a GBA game (not sure if a pokemon one or just any GBA cartridge will work) inserted into your GBA slot to hit an even delay.

The IVs for Frame 86 don't match up with what I am getting though. I'm getting a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Timid Kingler instead of a Misdreavus.
