I recommend that you go slow and raise a balanced team. The main point of the game is to have fun. If you start from the beginning, go slow, build a balanced team, and enjoy it! This is best if you've got the time to do so.

How effective is kadabra as a sweeper in GSC? I tried using a freshly evolved lv. 16 one on Whitney, but she completely destroyed it.
