Chansey doesn't deserve an analysis :0

But why is Chansey in the BL tier? It can be used in competitive play such as OU, so I thought it deserved a moveset. And since Blissey exists, Chansey should've been moved to either UU or just NFE because it's good enough for OU but not good enough at the same time.

Chansey is UU, because it's "too strong" for UU. BL is essentially a banlist of UU

That sounds terrible for Chansey, being put in a tier of OU usable pokemon but being treated like an NFE
