So it's just a bug with the overworld weather then seemingly? That's so silly. Why would it say the weather is live with effects but not work? Thanks for clearing it up anyway.

Is this a glitch with in game mechanics, some weird tera interaction, or have they changed how Rain interacts with Hurricane this gen? Link to video...
