    upon my initial attempt to execute the hotspot, I receive an error message stating "Internet Connection Sharing NOT Installed", then "Virtual Router Plus could not be started." I'm not very technologically savvy, would this be an issue with WinPCAp? I'm on Windows 7 and everything seems to be up...
