How can one register for this tournament? Should we simply be present in the irc channel at the start of the tournament or do we have to express our interest in advance?

Any predictions for how the draw is going to shape out for the quarter and semi-finals? At this point, I'd like to see an Inter Milan - Manchester United final...as long as Barca gets eliminated soon, I'll be happy.
