    I’ve been applying a similar philosophy on a mono-water team to some moderate success. Tailwind Pelipper can set up rain and speed control, U-turn out to Vish and watch the carnage.

    Just leveled a Caterpie and Weedle to 28, no Sticky Web. Evolved at 29 and went to Move Relearner, no Sticky Web. Evolved again at 30 and went to relearner, no Sticky Web. That doesn't mean they couldn't potentially get it at higher levels.

    Notice that it says "an" evolved form instead of "the" evolved form. There's probably a form in between Fletchling and Talonflame.

    Cornflake: The reason you say it sucked is probably because it wouldn't list all the Ivs sometimes. Well if the poke you are checking has a zero anywhere in its Iv spread then it will erase all Tms after and including the 0 iv Ivs are listed hp/att/def/speed/spatt/spdef

    That's a thought and a good one too. I guess its the reason people barely use stuff like charizard because it's only great with "spin support". It's kinda like algebra where you do the same thing to both sides of an equation in order to simplify the answer.
