I agree with Hitmonchan moving up. I've been using it lately and it has hsown to be a reliable spinner. It's the only spinner in the tier ( I believe) that gets foresight so you can use it on the predicted switch to a ghost a freely spin. Mach Punch as a priority is what also makes Hitmonchan so...
