I would like to nominate Sinistcha to B+ or A-, I don't know why it's unranked (probably just bc it's dlc2) but I think it's got a pretty great combination of traits that make it pretty good into the tier. Grass definitely has it's weaknesses defensively but I think Sinistcha being a bulky...
