Implemented again. There are definitely parts that are rough around the edges or that I'm unsure about but you said you'd do a second check so I figure that's where the polish goes.

implemented once again. I changed the intro just a tiny bit but I still like it because I think it does a good job at establishing what Snubbull is and isn't. If qc2/gp disagrees I'll change it but I'll keep it for now.
