Implemented again. There are definitely parts that are rough around the edges or that I'm unsure about but you said you'd do a second check so I figure that's where the polish goes.

implemented once again. I changed the intro just a tiny bit but I still like it because I think it does a good job at establishing what Snubbull is and isn't. If qc2/gp disagrees I'll change it but I'll keep it for now.

[OVERVIEW] At first glance, Snubbull seems to have nothing more than average stats and a common typing. However, its bulk, typing, and access to Thunder Wave make it a great utility Pokemon on many teams. Intimidate allows it to switch into and paralyze or KO physical threats that other walls...
