    Yes, but if the Loto number generation is known, you could find an ID that you have, set the date to a couple days before that, wait a bit and get a free master ball. Which is what I was wondering.

    Extra EXP from Lucky Egg affects any pokemon holding it, not just the Chansey line. Only Lucky Punch is Chansey-exclusive, and since it just boosts crit rate it's useless anyway.

    Not entirely sure that this is a simple answer, but it's a fairly simple question: When are Mesprit/Cresselia's IVs/Nature set? When you "talk" to them, when you first meet them, what? Also, if it's set when you talk to them, do synchronizers work?
