I think that Fenrir legendary, if it exist, is going to be the Deoxys/Darkrai/Genesect of the gen, a late event legendary. If a cute evente legendary exist too, it can be based on Ratatosk, the squirell that lives in Yggdrasill.

This generation has weird numbers. It has 3 o 4 full evolved non-legenday dragon types (Goodra, Noivern, Tyrantrum, Dragalge?); but only one full evolved bug type and only one ground type, both being crappy.
