I don't know much about Ubers at all, but I know Chansey is outclassed by Blissey in this tier. However, I never really understood why. In OU it's the other way around, interestingly. Why is it different in Ubers? Sorry for the noob question.

In. 2432-3216-2172 Tjerk You should really add a time limit to the rules though. I'd suggest 8 minutes. Otherwise, matches WILL go extremely long if both players are really trying to win. This is why every Smash tournament ever has a time limit.

I pretty much agree with PandaDuck. No reason for a Life Orb Landorus-T to run SR when you have a Ferrothorn on your team. I'm personally a big fan of Leech Seed + Protect so I'd change Power Whip to Stealth Rocks on him. Substitute on M-Pinsir can be good but Swords Dance is more important imo...

I don't want to sound close-minded, but this isn't a good idea. Clauses are implemented to fix problems that cause the game to be broken. This clause might make the metagame more interesting, while simultaneously adding problems that weren't there before. If it isn't broken, don't fix it...
