I'd say 8 slots imo, I'd take away 2nd oras and ADV. I see basically no interest in ADV and idk if most regions have 2 good oras players?? I doubt?? anyway maybe take away dpp for 2v2 doubles even though i love dpp so im a bit biased in its direction.
