You likely facing bad players. Blaziken isnt that hard to deal with and while viable, any good player should be able to stop it on its tracks fairly quickly.

It really depends... Stellar, Ground, Fire, Fighting... Any of those seems like a good option depending on match up you might prefer some. Tera Stellar is the best one in coverage and utility BUT loses the defensive benefits and extra oomph some of the other Teras situationally have.
