Actually that did happen. I was in a battle with a Nidoking like that. I would have never assumed someone would have used a scarf either.

Well, is there any way for sure if I could find out if the Nidoking had a scarf at all?

If that's the case, would there be any other possibilities of the Nidoking going first with Ice Beam?

Let's say if someone did, what would be the chance of someone using a Scarfed Nidoking?

Sort of an odd question; If a Garchomp and Nidoking were battling eachother, would the Nidoking using Ice Beam make the first move? Edit: Both are at level 50.
