I know, some idiot over at Game Freak must realy dislike Typhlosion to have not given him this move. It's esentialy earthquake, but special. why is it then that all starters can learn earthquake, but not earth power?

I had hopped Typhlosion would have gained at least Earth Power in generation 5 to deal with fellow fire types (particularly Heatran). Well, here's hoping for a breedable move in the third game instalment.
