If you don't like Tentacruel may I suggest Forretress. It donates Zap cannon Explosion and Earthquake. Of course you would lose the special wall. Also Empoleon Subsitute Sweep set you could also consider for a special sweeper that could take out fire and grass types. Hope I helped and Good Luck

I suggest Explosion on Heatran. You can take out Blissey with it and other common pokemon. If you know you can't beat it then you could use explosion. Dragon Pulse can work to take out some dragons such as Dragonite and Kingdra. You can leave HP grass in if your concerned about water types...
