    If you check serebii.net,Politoed actually get Seismic Toss from Gen 3. Why people don't notice or use it is beyond me. But I actually find it very effective when it's paired up with Surf.

    Regigigas should be NU, IMO. Anyone ever heard of the Choice Specs regigigas? Anyone have success with it? Personally, I haven't...doesn't have any STAB Normal special move.
