Ha ha, it's cute and quite funny. I like your interpretation of the starter. May I have your permission to use the pencil sketch to lineart and color? I will only be posting the finished product in this thread (if I even finish it).

If only party Pokemon are checked, that means I can use an AR to check my SID, save the game, and come off as clean because none of my Pokemon were actually tampered with? I suspected last year that I would be disqualified because my game was still tainted with the SID code. Edit: Thank you...

I just used a gardevoir sprite for reference when I drew my picture on MS Paint. http://i33.tinypic.com/tan2c5.png Not as clever as other people for ideas. Lopunny seemed the easiest to reference out of the other Cute Charm Pokemon so I just made that.

Let's say I have a Gliscor with Thief and I use it to steal a Salac Berry from a trainer in the Battle Tower. I manage to get it at a high enough health so that I don't use it. Could I leave the Battle Tower with that Salac Berry equipped on my Gliscor or would I just come out the same as I came...
