Now I am just getting pokemon with the wrong IVs, karrablast over and over.

I found the 3 chatter pokemon, and it matched up with the one after the two chatter - 23 tranquill female rash (slot 2) My starting frame should be 58, but whenever I try to get to frame 250 I am either one more or one less than the shiny frame. What is going on?

I also don't get the breeding. If you had two parents one with 31/31/31/x/x/x and other with x/x/x/31/31/31 would that work to rng a shiny (or non) egg with perfect IVs? Or do both parents need 31 in every stat?

Is it possible to rng shinys in cold storage or can you not because of the rain?

Why is that? I read that if you hit X fast enough they won't effect anything.

I think I found out what was wrong. My timer0 had changed from C7F to C7E. How can I prepare for this in the future? What would I set the timer0 min max too? Or should I just check my parameters every day? Thanks

Any tips on catching a wild shiny on route 16? I can't seem to get it to work. I press x as fast as I can to load the menu right away, but keep getting different results anyways. o.o

A quick question about key combos. When exactly do you start to hold the buttons down that it says, and when do you let go? I have only done rngs that require no buttons to be held.
