Do you know how to get toxic on Mandibuzz? Serebii shows it as an egg move but with no apparent way to pass it down. I caught a yellow aura vullaby lvl 60 and it did not have toxic and was not able to learn toxic from the "remember a move" guy. It seems it is not currently available.
