    Yes. It's also at least true for gen 2. Apart from moves and sprites that crash the game when they are displayed, I don't know of situations in other gens where both players would be forced to forfeit, so it's probably irrelevant since /offertie exists.

    As far as I can tell, you can't force something to use Struggle outside of pressing the Fight button. Edge cases would come up in Hackmons or some kind of glitchmon format if people are using Struggle in actual moveslots.
