Dragon tail + ice beam is useless. Dragon tail is enough against dragon types, partly because Milotic will get OHKOed or 2KOed if launching ice beam against a grass type. It means you have place for HP grass on Milotic

Oh yes, I forgot that it was Gengar's poison typing that makes it to weak to psychic and not his ghost typing.

Something that makes me drop Psychic is also Shadow Sneak of Dusknoir, which attacks before Psychic. Psychic is super effective otherwise.
