I don't see it being that weak to Knock Off. Even in Gen 8 it almost never ran HDB so unless you are running the Assault Vest set it can take it without too many issues

It actually knows Shadow Ball so that could be a nice tech, or you could go Tera Ghost. Don't know though if it is worth the loss in utility

Libero also allows you to easily Court Change in the face of a Tusk burned on switch-in, which I always found quite useful/irritating (depending on the side)

This actually reminds me, Serperior isn't the only old-gen starter coming back with OU viability. What is everyone's opinion on Blaziken with the new potential of Tera? I feel the mechanic addresses both of it's main flaws holding it back from last gen, which are difficulty in set-up and lack of...

I honestly don't think it would raise the power level of Tera that much, but the additional level of variance would probably force Tera preview as a solution

Wouldn't surprise me if it makes you neutral to every type and Tera Blast neutral to everything
