I'd like to say that Gen 1 Pokemon can be Shiny. Proof : Gen 1 Shiny Pokemon can be identified by there stats, im not sure how it works but people can tell somehow. This leads to my Bug, For some reason Blissey gets rejected from OU cause she is shiny and has Reflect which she gets from Gen 1...
