I don't know what the problem was but everything is working fine now for some weird reason. Don't know if the rng reporter was glitching up or what. I have been trying to fix this for 2 days and the moment I ask for help it works. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

I have for about 20 different pokemon... I know all the values except the timer0 are supposed to be the same and the timer0 is only supposed to be a number or letter different. I never get the same parameters and when I do the timer0 is completely off.
