Ok, I'm probably going to get an odvious answer, but why use Liquid Ooze over Clear Body (Which I'll admit is rather usless on a defending pokemon as it's usual use is blocking intimidate on attackers) or Rain Dish?

Ok, I figure you mean 176 EV for Attack on Tyranitar, not Special attack, but if not...I don't see why you would need Sp. Attack. Just forgot to change it, I assume. Also, CB and Offensive DD Dragonite, even without multiscale will not be fainted by Rock Slide if Stealth Rock is not active...

I'm no expert, but I think Scrafty could rip through everything on your team barring Skarmory and Jellicent. Then again I'm only using typing and defensive evidence, so I'm not sure if Excadrill could outrun it. Other than that, I don't see many problems.
