I like your team idea with the exception of Garchomp. Two 4x Ice weaks on physical sweepers on one team seems like it gives me something of a Mamo/Weavile weak. Swampert counters Tyranitar reasonably well, and he provides phazing and Stealth Rock, the former freeing up a moveslot on Weezing.

It seems that you have got waters covered with Roserade and Vaporeon, so I would use Shadow Sneak for STAB and hitting fast ghosts and psychics like Gengar and Azelf. Gyara isn't exactly going to be doing a whole lot to Vaporeon, if you're worried about it.
