Here's how our GSC battle with shartruce ended after 807 turns of stall. We both ran out of PP and could switch endless, meaning the battle couldn't end. Also, my drumlax didn't make it and his curselax was walled, so unusable. Without any other setup pokemon, there was no way to win this...

I found something strange : somebody used Fissure in 2nd in a gen 1 random battle and the move didn't failed. It's on turn 5 in this battle : http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen1randombattle-285069270 Normally in gen 1 OHKO moves can only work if they are used before the opponent, not after.

I found something weird in gen 1 : The string shot glitch. The opponent used string shot and nothing happened ! The move didn't miss and the speed didn't decrease. It's not even a 256 miss and there was no substitute to block the attack I made a video of it in 2 parts : The battle where the...
