Well that depends on what your trying to do, Both have benefits Cross Poison although not as good against bulky hitters can allow you to hit Mega Gardevoir and knock her on her ass. Of course the major increase is nice.

Azumarill because its been a respectable tank since the first time i ever played with marill, and not only is it easy leveling, it made the game easy to beat by getting him early game, the only issue is now poison jab is a pain.
