A shame that the tour went this way. I cant pretend like this wasn't a shitshow on the playing side for me and i didn't have a lick of enjoyment from the actual playing beyond UU, even the game i did win. A shame my last game was both one I threw and the most fun one anyways. Balancing out the shitty gameplay on just about every week was by far one of the best teamcords ive been apart of, only really rivaled by CAPPL 2023 for me. sasha did an excellent job with the teamcord and frankly it was really fun shooting the shit even if the games didn't always go well. Testing for UU and RU was more fun than I had in any single week I actually touched the abomination known as SV NDOU. Extra shoutouts for DripLegend for being the greatest server punchingbag we could ask for, Mimikyu Stardust for making me crop the background out of that brambleghast anime girl he posted on a win, and everybody else who was enjoyable to be around.

Season's over for us, but I'd like to give a personal s/o to bumboclaat for the MASSIVE support he gave. Seriously, he built about 50 teams in the timespan of the tournament, always trying new things. Don't be fooled by his score; for future NDPL, if you're looking for a super motivated builder, he's the guy you want to have in your team. Shoutouts to my caps a fairy and Runo too, this wasn't our season at all, though thanks for giving me my chance (even though I sucked HARD). Good luck to the remaining teams in playoffs!
Now that the Smashers run in this tour is over, I'd like to write a heartfelt public apology to each and every member of the team. I now know what all my mistakes are, and how serious of an environment team tours have. I’m really sorry about upsetting the team. That was never my intention, but I can see how my messages came across that way. I want to apologize for whatever I've done wrong. I was told multiple times to either word my messages properly, or not speak in certain situations when players felt down, but I did, which was quite unbearable. I admit that I speak out stuff without even thinking about it. I am really ashamed of what I've done and have been feeling guilty about it. I want to thank every teammate who bared my unacceptable and rude behavior till it crossed it's limit and apologize for it.
Coming to a more thankful note, thank you so much Oculars and Michael213 for drafting me for my first even team tour. I had a lot of cool teammates like lupla, lameflame, taka, Thiago Nunes etc. but wasted my opportunity to learn and gain more tour experience.

While at it, I appreciate these thoughts, I would recommend to use this experience for your future, I didn't have the best start in a tour either, but managed to win elsewhere, so I know that if you commit to it you can eventually win in a tournament, just remember that it's a team endeavor, so try to lessen the burden for others as well.

Hi, I don't like making team tour shouts when I've lost the tour (evidenced by the lack of one for NDFL I and NDOTSL), but I think this was is pretty necessary to post.
I'm still pretty green in comparison to the other managers so the way I did things as the manager of the Unrelenting Unmons wouldn't really be the most "consistent" (I don't really know what a better term for this would be) but I'm still proud of how things turned out. I'm just gonna ignore the people who claim that my draft was bad because they haven't really explained how it could've been done better and it just seems like an opportunity to kick a person while they were already down. I literally saw multiple teams with failing UU slots because they didn't bother to draft mainers or get helpers from NDFL and shit and they have the audacity to say this bullshit??? I like making drafts where I have people who are already good builders in their respective tiers because it lets me focus my efforts on failing slots instead of trying to micromanage everything. Obviously that backfired for various reasons but I'm not going to sit here and say that nobody on the Unmons deserved to be drafted because if that was the case I wouldn't have ever drafted them. If I was in a position to draft all of you guys again I would probably do it. If we took the energy and cohesiveness we had in the later weeks that let us get out of 8th place and overtake the Gengars and Shell Smashers and applied them earlier then we probably could've made the cut or come really close to it.

Honestly I don't think I would've signed up to manage if not for you messaging me in advance. I believe I had gotten offers and people asking me if I was gonna manage at all and the answer I tended to give was like an unconfident "maybe". Your offer to team up however, I don't know what I saw but that gave me a lot of motivation to try when I was feeling demotivated by the idea of team tours in general. I know this tour had a shit ton of hiccups and was a rollercoaster of emotions, but I'm glad that it was you that I teamed up with for this your. Thank you so much.

Your only two starts were again Oculars (a player who is a cheesehead and generally annoying af to play versus), and Separation (the most dangerous OU player in the tour). I don't think anyone is going to give a shit that you lost to these guys and when there weren't really any important stakes on the line either. Reminds me of the first time I played for a team tour NDWC III, I got pummeled lol. Don't stress out or get demotivated by those losses, you're still a great builder and a fantastic presence in the team cord and I'm glad you got the chance to play finally.

Every team needs a good ace in their draft and you were ours. I don't think I need to have a motivational post-tour pep talk for the NDOU Tier leader but you were a good investment to put it simply. You dropped fire ass squads nearly every week, showed up to your games, and played well. Was a pleasure teaming with you bro.

Truthfully speaking when I got you, I only really heard good things and didn't experience anything firsthand much. This tour I got to understand why people like hanging with you. Such a fun builder and you were probably Omar's best support during this tour. My only peeve was that I think you spoke more Spanish than you did English during the tour but that doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Was great to have you around.

Your commitment to the SS slots and maintaining a positive atmosphere was exceptional and we would've been lost without either. Any manager should be lucky to team with you.

The leading theory is that your name change put a curse on you in team tours, fix this asap. I know your own season sucked but you were still a great guy to talk to and build with in that channel. Think any team should be lucky to have you even in a supporting role.

Without you we probably would've completely been demoralized in that tier, it's honestly impressive how you crank out working structures, dedicate so much to polishing, and then somehow have enough time to write those behemoth game review posts every week for two different tournaments. I know your personal record might've been a let down and you only really saw yourself as an Eledyr support I think but I'm glad you got the chance to play and with just a little bit of in-game improvement you can go super high.

Could've been some stuff done a little bit better in-game but the stuff that was in your control was overshadowed by a lot of factors that weren't, so I wouldn't ever hold this tour against you. Next year your season will be better.

You are one of the best doubles supports I think I could've ever asked for to be honest and hell when your time came to actually play you got some nice wins against two strong players. Anyone looking to manage next year need to keep him in mind because he has way more value than his 3k price suggests.

No matter what happened to our other slots, UU persevered every damn week and I don't think it would've been possible with me or random tour clicker #5 starting that slot. I can't see a world where managers need to be reminded that you exist next year and you sure as hell won't be going for 3k either, thanks for giving this tour an undefeated UU slot and I think the only undefeated slot in any tier this tour.

Yea idk how to wrap this post up, this was was a fun opportunity to load some cool UU and RU teams and see how the tour mainers build for them as well. My own run could've probably been better if I didn't need to be benched for like half of the RU games I tried to play in...whoops. Managing wise I think I understand how to construct a better draft in the future and how to manage better. I came out of this tour with lessons learned and fun had so I'm content.
