As for the team building stage (I didnt participate) there didn't seem to be any problems from a spectator's view aside maybe the week it was a soon to be banned mon, Deoxys. I would recommend making the tournament stage bo3 too, since the rounds felt extremely short and far too easy for pom's great teams.
Now give hammer room prize winner and we have no problems lttm :)

Season 2, Week 1: Paldean Tauros-W
For our first weak of the second season, we decided to go with a PU mon that's gained so much popularity they're NU now!

:sv/tauros-paldea-aqua:

As we all know or you will soon, I believe Waterbull is a B+ Pokemon, so prove me wrong make a good team for Waterbull and maybe you can replace that AV Glowbro + Helmet Bellibolt team by Rabia. Either way, Submissions are open now and close on Tuesday, October 22nd at around 10pm EST (GMT -6). Happy building!

The Bulk Up Waterbull and Pivot Kilowattrel
:Tauros-paldea-aqua:-:kilowattrel:-:Flygon:-:Incineroar:-:Slowbro-Galar:-:Brambleghast:

The main idea around the team was that I haven’t used a lot of Bulk Up sets on Waterbull only been using the choice item sets. Plus I’m been recently liking pairing Tauros-Aqua with Kilowattrel as both of them really synergies with each other and I think they can put a lot of pressure on many teams.
:Tauros-Paldea-Aqua:: :Leftovers:
Tauros-Aqua is main star of the team, as it helps check Dark-types and letting pick off foes like Flygon and Munkidori. Plus when it starts boosting Waterbull can just snowball a game.

:Kilowattrel:: :Heavy-Duty Boots:
Kilowattrel is a fantastic partner for Tauros-Paldea-Aqua, since it can take advantage of Vileplume’s Strength Sap and warn down defensive tanks like Vaporeon and Tsareena. Kilowattrel is a great pivot letting it repeatedly warm down foes for Tauros-aqua to clean up.

:Flygon:: :choice Scarf:
Choice Scarf Flygon is another option for speed control just in case if either Kilowattrel or Tauros-paldea-Aqua gets too weaken. Its just the standard set with Stealth Rock as the last move letting me get off rocks.

:Incineroar:: :Heavy-duty boots:
When building the team I realized that Choice Specs Chandelure just destroys my team and none of teammates can’t reliably switch-in against it. So I decided to run Specially Defensive Swords Dance Incineroar, as it lets me handle Chandelure a lot better and lets Incineroar handle special wallbreakers like Munkidori and Scream Tail, while being a deadly setup sweeper. Additionally, Incineroar can support the Team by getting rid of the opponents held items letting both Kilowattrel and Tauros-paldea-Aqua to be more threatening.

:Slowbro-Galar:: :Rocky helmet:
Slowbro-Galar is the physical tank of team. It also pairs very nicely with Incineroar, as both of them are able to each other checks. Slowbro-Galar last move is Calm Mind letting it to be a bulky dangerous setup.

:Brambleghast:: :Heavy-duty boots:
Brambleghast is the hazard remover for the team if Incineroar or Kilowattrel lose their boots. It just blocks any spin attempts from Tsareena or Tentacruel and Brambleghast is also a solid offensive threat.

Fighting Spam HO
:cinccino: :tauros-paldea-aqua: :toxicroak: :scream tail: :tornadus: :flygon:

Decided to take an HO angle (just like my other submissions lol). Waterbull is a good Fighting type, but what's better than one good Fighting-type? Two good Fighting-types! I decided to do Waterbull + Toxicroak because one Fighting-type can deal with things the other Fighting-type doesn't like so it can clean through teams late game.

:cinccino: :focus sash: Decided to go with my favorite HO style, lead Cinccino HO. Cinccino is nice to prevent hazard setters from setting up their hazards early and utilizes Encore to create Tidy Up opportunities.
:tauros-paldea-aqua: :lum berry: Waterbull is nice to offensively check things like Flygon and Incineroar. Standard BU set to serve as a wincon on HO. Decided to go with Lum Berry to heal status that cripples it. I originally was Tera Water, but then I decided on Tera Steel because Staraptor looked scary, and it is nice to resist Grass moves.
:toxicroak: :leftovers: Toxicroak enjoys Waterbull being able to switch in to check Flygon, Swampert, and Incineroar. Toxicroak can take advantage of Pokemon such as Vileplume. With Toxicroak and Waterbull, the two can overwhelm the bulky Water-types and other physical walls. Tera Dark Sucker Punch provides more priority and an immunity to Psychic moves and resist to Ghost moves, which can be quite useful against Basculegion and Choice locked Chandelure.
:scream tail: :booster energy: Instead of using dual dance Mirror Herb PZ, I decided to try out CM Scream Tail. Scream Tail's bulk is nice so it can get off multiple Calm Minds to be a nice wincon with Tera Normal Boomburst. Psychic Noise is the Psychic STAB to shut down HP recovery.
:tornadus: :adrenaline orb: When I use NP Tornadus on HO, people seem want to pivot Incineroar into it. Since there is also another good Dark-type with Intimidate named Overqwil, I decided: Why not take advantage of Intimidate to get a free speed boost? Tera Blast Ground may seem useless since Heat Wave takes care of Steels, but it is useful to not get walled by Diancie, plus it hits Incineroar and Alolan Muk super effectively (and Overqwil but Air Slash can deal with it). Tera Ground is also nice to become an emergency Electric immunity. Air Slash is the Flying STAB so you don't get walled by Brambleghast.
:flygon: :loaded dice: DD Flygon is the final Pokemon on the team, provding another Ground immunity and immunity to Electric moves. Throat Chop is nice for Bronzong coverage and can allow Flygon to use Sylveon as setup fodder. I decided on Tera Ghost on Flygon since I like having another Tera Ghost Pokemon besides Cinccino on lead Cinc HO teams, and it can potentially wall certain Bronzong sets since you can become immune to Body Press and use Throat Chop to stop it from using Psychic Noise.

Waterbull + FSight Guno

When building, I just feel Waterbull is very awkward to work with because it being a Water-type makes including another one out of the question if not annoying, as it would make you need to have better insurance against already top-tier threats like Kilowattrel and Decidueye or just accept the issue you have with them. However, I feel I hit a good middleground that I'm happy with. After building it, I saw that hammer798 built a very similar team in the Team Bazaar, though, and I feel it probably influenced me because I know I definitely saw it before (even if it was a while ago), so they will be listed as a co-author/creator for fairness's sake. (They obviously will still be able to submit their own team separate from this.)

:tauros-paldea-aqua:: wallbreaker, nice water resistance to offensively switch in, zen headbutt better targets croak & plume

:articuno-galar:: future sight + cb waterbull hurts, hurricane hits like a dump truck, u-turn lets you bring in waterbull on steel / dark types as well

:incineroar:: checks grass / psychic / ghosts / darks for the former two, knock off lets orthworm's spikes + flygon's stealth rock hurt more

:orthworm:: slight check to competitive kilo, flygon counter (spatk and fire punch aren’t real shhh), munki switch-in

:flygon:: speed control, volt blocker, bring in waterbull on steels / incin on grasses / decid on waters, eq spam is fun

:decidueye:: takes advantage of waterbull & flygon beating the three darks (incin, amuk, overqwil), kind of a dumb mon, shadow sneak is fun, easily beats waters

Munki Bull BO
:munkidori::tauros-paldea-aqua::bronzong::sylveon::flygon::incineroar:

Replays: 1, 2
:munkidori:Munkidori
Starting off the team with scarf munki. This mon has some great stabs, trick, u turn, and a great speed tier and is essentially the fastest relevant scarfer. Most of the team aims to clear a path for this to clean! Munki also spreads poisons and brings in certain walls for that some of our breakers love to click vs.

:tauros-paldea-aqua:Wet Bull
Wet Bull here is our first and primary breaker. Lum berry lets it set up vs scald mons more freely. Intimidate is also a very useful ability and lets it trade vs a lot of other threats. Wet Bull can punch mons like incineroar, overqwil, bronzong, amuk, etc that munki u turns on.

:bronzong:Bronzong
Obligatory flygon check and rocker, and just generally good defensive mon. Tons of useful resists here! Tera poison helps vs croak and overqwil.

:sylveon:Sylveon
Defensive sylveon is our fighting check (especially with shao being scary rn), and keeps the team healthy with wish. Tauros, incin, bronzong, and even munki vs certain mons all appreciate the wishes!

:Flygon:Flygon
Ground immunity, electric immunity, additional breaker, additional priority, and smacks amuk and incin around for munki.

:incineroar:Incineroar
Incin is our dark type and sponges hits from things like chandy and opposing munki to support the rest of the team. This could also be a non-sd spdef set but I just liked the extra breaking power.

:kilowattrel::inteleon: Threats
The team is a little kilo weak, but between sylv zong and offensive pressure it is manageable. We don't have a great switch in to Inteleon/Strong water types, but you are kind of accepting the tera water vs some of these. Wet bull can sponge a hit but doesn't last all game (wish can help but still.) There is notably no removal here but most of the team doesn't care about hazards. Munki and wet bull are susceptible though.

Season 2, Week 2: Hazard Stack
This week we are doin a lil' spikin! With the departure of basically our only defogger (and what most people considered our best removal) in Talonflame, hazards are good. Real good! (spin blocking isn't too hard either right now...) This week we are going to capitalize on the state of removal in the tier and make hazard stack teams! The only requirement is that your team must contain at least 2 of the following: stealth rocks, spikes, and/or toxic spikes.

:sv/overqwil::sv/klefki::sv/gligar::sv/bronzong:

Will your team be more offensive or bulky? Will you use all 3 or just 2? Will you pack your own removal or just use :heavy duty boots: x6?! This week is intentionally open ended so be creative! Build the best hazard stack team possible and post it here! Submissions are open now and close Tuesday October 29th at around 10pm EDT (gmt -4). Happy Building!

Sensu Shao Hazard Stack
:mienshao::overqwil::bronzong::milotic::flygon::oricorio-sensu:

I know this is early (I actually didn't make this before posting believe it or not but have been experimenting with hazard stack and knew what direction I wanted to go in) but I was happy with this 6 and wanted to lock it in! Life orb mienshao is really strong in this meta (it can click now!) and especially with spikes support. Oricorio-Pom Pom is also a really scary mon in this meta as well, but I went with the ghost form because I also wanted that slot to spinblock. Overqwil and bronzong are our hazard core and have nice defensive synergy together. Milotic rounds out our defenses and provides useful resists (and can get a cheeky competitive boost if someone brings an altaria or something!) Scarf flygon revenge kills, helps our matchup vs webs, and provides all of those nice flygon resists/immunities! The idea is to stack rocks and spikes and chip the team down for shao to knock through and sensu to hopefully sweep! We are rocking the no removal boots spam/superman style team where nothing cares too much about hazards. Futurama nicknames because it was a good show!

Replays: 1, 2, 3, 4
Lilo v Diamonds PTPL
:mienshao::life orb:Mienshao
Life orb shao is fast, incredibly strong, and really abuses the hazard stack. We have ice spinner over triple axel for less hax potential into plume and to hit.

:overqwil::heavy duty boots:Overqwil
Here we have spikes overqwil the first part of our hazard core. This provides the nice resistances of being a dark type, gets up spikes, can hit faries, spread poisons, intimidate things, and pain split to keep itself reasonable healthy. Also considered taunt on the pain split slot but ultimately went with split. Tera ghost is for emergency spin blocking, and to annoy bronzongs more. Tera ghost + throat chop shuts down iron press + psychic noise (since it is a sound move) even if it can't do too much back after boosts. Milo can always phase after if need be but you get your spikes up! Went with a bulkier spread on this because I wanted it to take a hit or two from shao, but the max speed max hp version could also work here to improve the chandy matchup. This thing is also really good at punishing our grass spinners (especially bramble.)

:bronzong::leftovers:Bronzong
Standard bronzong here. Checks a lot of things (notably flygon) with its ability + typing, sets rocks, keeps things low with psychic noise, and can iron press sweep some teams late game.

:milotic::heavy duty boots:Milotic
Defensive milotic is our fire check, water check, abuses intimidate, abuses defog (if it exists), and provides phasing to spread the hazard chip around (and help us not lose to set up sweepers.) Alluring voice is there mostly to hit wet bull and hit toxicroak neutrally. Fighting resist tera is sometimes important here for the matchup into opposing lo shao. (scarf is easier to play around and if they cc lock you can start boosting with sensu.) This spread outspeeds 252 adamant incin which I like to run but it doesn't have to be this fast. It is really nice when you get the +2 off its intimidate and outspeed it. Ladder incin refuses to switch for whatever reason. As seen in the replays it’s also fun when dragon tail brings out their intim mon and gives you +2!

:flygon::choice scarf:Flygon
Standard scarf flygon here. Y'all know what this does and how useful its typing/resists/immunities are. Ole' reliable. This serves as our revenge killer and fast pivot to hopefully get shao in to click more on forced switches.

:oricorio-sensu::heavy duty boots:Oricorio-Sensu
As stated in the intro, pom-pom is really scary in this meta, so sensu is basically pom pom with a worse initial typing but that also spinblocks. After a boost or two and with hazards up this mon is scary! Went for the more offensive spread with tera ground revelation dance here to maximize its offensive potential. The bulky taunt set would probably do fine here too, but I felt offensive fit the way this team wants to play better. If you don't like sensu another ghost like typh-h would probably be fine here.

Choice Scarf Rotom-Mow + Rocks Flygon
:Rotom-mow: :Flygon: :bronzong: :Overqwil: :chandelure: :tauros-paldea-aqua:

So the main goal of the team is to setup my hazards with Flygon and Overqwil letting Rotom-Mow to overwhelm foes that would tank its Volt Switch or Leaf Storm. After the trio of Rotom-Mow, Flygon, and Overqwil weaken the opponents team it allows for Choice Band Tauros-Paldea-Aqua or setup sweepers like Bronzong and Chandelure to clean up. I enjoy building this team, as it offers a bit more variety and showed how powerful hazards are right now.

Replays: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
:Rotom-mow: : :Choice Scarf:
Choice Scarf Rotom-Mow is the team’s main speed control, as it provides many pivots with Volt switch and does solid damage with Leaf Storm, while revenge killing weaken foes. Last move is Pain Split if Rotom-Mow tricks it scarf to a bulky wall it gain some useful recovery. Tera Steel lets it handle many Dragon, Bug, and Poison-types that would threaten it.

:Flygon: : :insect plate:
Flygon is another great teammate for speed control, as heavily relying on Rotom-Mow can be a problem if it gets too weaken. Flygon also pairs well with Rotom-Mow just to spam their pivot moves to overwhelm their checks. The set I’m running is an offensive utility set with Insect Plat boosting the power of First Impression and U-Turn. Plus I found this set really useful and amount of times I just sent out Flygon to pick of a weaken foe is very helpful.

:Bronzong: : :leftovers:
Bronzong is the Flygon check and the main sweeper of the team. As it just destroys teams when the opponents are too weaken over a battle. Tera Water lets Bronzong let’s it better Fire- and Water-type attacks from Incineroar and Basculegion.

:Overqwil: : :Rocky helmet:
Overqwil is the defensive tank and spikes user on the team. Overqwil pairs well with Flygon, as they offer some great qualities with their great typing, great offensive power, and in my opinion they are a really underrated duo. I chose Rocky Helmet to punish many physical attacks. Tera Fairy lets Overqwil check Fighting-types like Mienshao and Breloom and maintains the Dark-type resistance.

:Chandelure: : :Heavy-Duty boots:
Chandelure was originally going to be a Choice Specs; however, I decided to go with the CM set as my team lacks any hazard removal. I chose Chandelure as it helps me threaten any Grass-type and block any spin attempts. Plus when it starts boosting it can break through teams with the entry hazards.

:Tauros-Paldea-Aqua: : :Choice Band:
Tauros-Paldea-Aqua is running Choice Band putting holes into the opponent’s team and with Hazards nothing can’t repeatedly switch-in against it. Earthquake threatens Slowbro-Galar and Toxicroak.

SD Overqwil Spikestack
:scream tail: :gligar: :overqwil: :tauros paldea aqua: :tsareena: :meloetta:

:scream tail: I wanted to start out the team with a bulky mon in order to support any breakers I would add. I decided to use scream tail for this one, as it frankly can wall a lot of mons and is defensively sound. Standard set here.

:gligar: Next, our stealth rocker. I decided on gligar, as it appreciated the wish support from scream tail and was defensively sound. Standard set, good mon.

:overqwil: I needed a spiker, and so for this I decided to use overqwil. Since there was wish support, I decided to use something different over pain split, SD. This means overqwil can be hugely threatening mon against teams that don't expect it. Mons such as A-muk that can take its hits and stall it out, will now be setup fodder for it (as shown in one of the replays). Tera ghost means it can become immune to cc's from mienshao and wetbull, while acting as an emergency spinblocker.

:tauros paldea aqua: I needed a clear abuser for this team, and so wetbull was up next. I decided to swap out wave crash for raging bull, as due to the spikes chip, its targets would be put further into range of a 2hit ko. E-quake allows me to hit glowbro hard, though zen headbutt is still good.

:tsareena: I needed a spinner, and tsareena was the choice on this team. I decided to go specially defensive since we already have two intimidate users and gligar. Standard moves otherwise.

:meloetta: Finally, I needed something that could hit on the special side hard, while potentially helping tsareena with special walling. So AV meloetta is chosen next for that. Meloetta has been a pretty great mon for the team, being able to output great damage while also helping get teammates in through u-turn. Tera fighting allows it to stay in on dark moves one time and fire back.
