Volt Switch maintains momentum while hitting specially defensive Moltres, Hisuian Samurott, and Assault Vest Alomomola hard. Focus Blast threatens OHKOs on Hisuian Samurott and Kingambit while almost always 2HKOing Ting-Lu after one layer of Spikes. Psychic Noise is the Psychic STAB of choice to make damage stick on Pokemon like specially defensive Gliscor, Blissey, and Gholdengo.
