Welcome to the first Eternal Pokémon tournament! This will be a double-bracket single elimination best-of-3 tournament. That is, each player is put into 2 independent and randomized single elimination brackets, this means you'll be expected to play up to 2 bo3 series each week! This format is chosen to have the speed of a single elimination tournament, but with players being able to have 2 lives still, as you would on a double elimination tournament. If at the end of the tournament different players top each bracket, they'll go up against one another to determine the tournament's winner, otherwise, if a player tops both brackets they're automatically the winner. If there is an identical pairing in both brackets, players are expected to play 2 series. The first series played will account for bracket A, and the second series played will account for bracket B. The two series may be played consecutively or otherwise, according to the players' wishes. The host reserves the right to join the tournament and reach out to Pet Mods staff to resolve activity disputes in case they arrise on a pairing they are included in.
There is no prize money because I'm broke, but it would mean a lot if you were to sign up and help me test out the tier :)

Eternal Pokémon a singles 6v6 format to be played with the Legends: Z-A Regional Pokédex as its basis (so far, only the Pokémon confirmed as of the first trailer are allowed in the format), check the teambuilder for an accurate list, with learnsets equal to that of the most recent game that Pokémon has appeared in. The Pet Mod follows Scarlet and Violet mechanics. Mega Evolution is allowed (for any Mega Evolution available in Legends: Z-A). Terastalization is not.Players must abide by the following clauses:
