Why us ? Damflame have been playing om since a long time ago, he has great achievements like final of seasonal, he played a lot of ompl, omfl and OMWC, he has a great knowledge of almost every tier there is this year, he already manage other meta games French tournament and won it, he also played and won teams tour in French discord and other discord. He also reached final of top 16 championship last year. As for me, I managed umpl, nfe pl, and ompl ( even if I did it bad for the ompl), I learnt how to make a team tour great for my team, I also played ompl last year and went in 2-2, I always do as much as I can in team tour to help the team and talk a lot, I’m currently managing umbd right now. I played World Cup last year and went in 1-2 even if I was in negative I think I tried to help in tiers I liked, I played aaapl two times and few aaa tours where I did great run, I went in semi of major last year, I can cover the rest of metagames that damflame is not familiar with.
We both know how to make a great atmosphere for our team and will give our best if you choose us.

I am the best inh player and haydenn is like pretty okay at mnm I think idk lol I think idk she got owned as fuck in open by a 1v1 main LMFAO. I won last ompl under the wokes (i was team mvp ask isla or cat or chess or bonk) and wish to return the franchise and carry on the legacy. Hayedenn is a seasoned oms player and between the two of us we can help prep every (real* wtf is a pic LMFAO) tier and we will make sure to cultivate a healthy and nice team environment. We would be excellent DEI hires as I am european and nonbinary, while hayedenn is over the age of 22

Why should you pick this team?
I have managed twice before and I think it went pretty well. I would say all the players and hosts I've worked with before were satisfied with my management skills and help I provided. I'm always very chill and understanding of player circumstances and performance, to the point where at times I feel like I should be more upset and critical when my player loses but I just don't because it's mons and it's not like the past can be changed at the end of the day. To be honest, I personally think there are numerous other, more qualified teams with their respective managers nevertheless because I think this is a good opportunity to interact with more people and improve my social skills, I have decided that there is nothing to lose signing up as manager again.
