Mostly just a resonation of the already stated facts about all of these tiers still having relatively decent tournament/tour involvement paired with being generally quite enjoyed by the general playerbase, I feel like this lands in the sweet spot for general inclusivity and competitiveness.

Basically NDPL 3 but without BO3. I think people underestimate RU's net player base. SS NDRU has been dormant for a while, true, even during the metagame's heyday a lot of the top cuts in tours had SS RU players and RU/lower tier vets. The resources were pretty well documented on the thread / cord considering how small the player base is. The tier is really balanced and is fairly intuitive. SS ND OU is one of the best OU formats of all time so 4 slots ain't that bad. Rest are usual suspects
