You contacted SFG on Thursday at 7:34 PM GMT+2, didn't provide any availability and never warned about your schedule being tight during the weekend. You called act on Saturday at 6:05 AM GMT+2, aka less than 35 hours after initial contact, which I and another TD didn't deem enough to be a strong activity case

42 hours passed between our points of contact and I reached out BEFORE the weekend to schedule my times for this weekend. I'm not entitled to say that I'm going to be busy just because they waited last second to respond.

If you needed an answer before the weekend that badly you could have 1) reached out earlier or 2) mentioned you had a strong preference for weekdays (which would likely mean Friday only by the way since you reached out on Thursday night in SFG's timezone) because weekend would be or had chances to be busy. You did neither of those things and instead called act only 35 hours after contact; that little effort doesn't give you a strong enough case to be granted the activity win.

we should normalize finishing schedule by wednesday/thursday because there seems to be no other way around hosts' tendency to take the easy way out and just go for a flip instead of siding with the person who clearly put in the most effort scheduling

calling act, opp first suggested a time clearly not within my availability and then suggested i pick a time to which I did on thursday. They did not respond to this, but I showed up anyway to the time I suggested and they weren't there. I have since made plans for tomorrow and later today.
