The inaugural OC mafia game where all players are on the same team, working together to solve mysteries and determine the mafia aliases against NPC opponents. This game will be played on Discord (spectators welcome) with updates posted in-thread for posterity.

Objectives
There are three dungeon levels the twenty explorers must divide themselves between. All dungeon levels have chests containing evolution items. There are ten NPC opponents, looking to thwart the explorers' efforts. Every Pokemon has a TM alias assigned to them; unfortunately, this list has been lost. In order to win, the explorers must:
- Have all explorers on a given level reach the exit of the level
- Have all explorers fully evolve
- Open all chests on each level
- Submit the correct list of Pokemon:TM alias matches
General OC Mafia Rules
Play respectfully and to win.
Game-Specific Rules
- This game features 20 human players working against 10 NPC mafia to explore three dungeon levels, fully evolve themselves, and determine the TM Alias-Pokemon matches.
- There are 30 TM aliases. Each TM is a specific Pokemon's codename. The correct list has been lost, and the TM-Pokemon matches are scrambled. The explorers will need to submit a correct list, matching every Pokemon to their TM, in order to win. Evolution is NOT taken into account, each line has one TM.
- All 20 player Pokemon begin as the first stage of a three stage Pokemon. There are chests throughout the dungeons containing evolution items. These are not exactly true-to-game (Grass starters will need a Leaf Stone to evolve, for example), but will make sense for type. The explorers will need to fully evolve all 20 of them in order to win.
- Each player Pokemon knows one move. When evolved, the Pokemon retains this move, and it grows in power. For instance, if the base stage can target one TM, the second stage can target two TMs.
- There are three dungeon levels: Pink, the middle floor, Green, the top floor, and Blue, the bottom floor. All three dungeons contain chests with evolution items.
- The explorers will need to divide themselves between the three floors, however they choose. Communication is not limited by floor and will remain open to all.
- Explorers will only be able to target TMs or Pokemon on the same floor as themselves (unless they are evolved and cross-floor targeting unlocks). Attempting to target someone on another floor will return an error message.
- The NPC mafia will divide themselves between the floors as well. Each floor will have 3 mafia working on it to obstruct the explorers. These 3 can only interact with their floor.
- There will be one mafia member capable of targeting on all three floors; accordingly, it can be targeted by an explorer on any floor.
- The explorers will need to reach the exit of their dungeon, which will 'reunite' them in a fourth chamber. All explorers on a floor will need to reach the dungeon exit before the turn timer expires.
- Opening the final chest on each floor will give that floor's explorers the 'key' to leave their dungeon and reach the fourth chamber.
- The explorers will have twelve turns in which to accomplish the above win conditions.
- There are water pools on each floor. A certain move is able to send items up and down these columns, from one floor to another. The Water-type must be standing adjacent to the pool tile to send an item from its floor to another. This enables the explorers to choose which Pokemon to use their evolution items on.
- An evolution item, once obtained, must be used on a Pokemon on the same floor as the item; the stone can be sent to another floor, of course.
- Explorers' exploration distance each turn is dictated by their movespeed. Each Pokemon is assigned a movespeed.
- Evolving increases movespeed, in addition to upgrading the Pokemon's move.
- Hitting a dead end will enable the explorer to turn around and use the remainder of their allotted movement in the same turn.
- An explorer must be adjacent to a chest tile to open it. As per the above, an explorer can reach a dead-end chest, open it, and head back in the same turn.
- There is no vote in the game. All explorer results are posted publicly in the thread, alongside updated maps. Each turn necessitates each explorer sending in a direction to travel and an applicable number of targets for their move's current strength.
- Some moves target TMs, some target Pokemon, and some target locations.
- The mafia have unique moves to the explorers, and 6 unique moves amongst themselves.
- The mafia are semi-intelligent in their targeting. They will not 'whiff' but they may not always pick the best target.
- The mafia are capable of evolving, and their moves will upgrade in line with the explorers'.
- For every two explorer evolution item uses per floor, one mafia on that floor will evolve.
- Please join the game Discord server once you sign up and arrange amongst yourselves what Pokemon you would like to be. Conflicts will be RNGed.
- On Turn 5, the explorers may begin submitting a list of TM:Pokemon matches. They will be told how many matches are correct, but not which matches are correct.
- The TMs have been fully randomized.
