WCoP 2025 Predictions Contest
What is the WCoP 2025 Predictions Contest?
The WCoP 2025 Predictions Contest is a chance for spectators to participate in WCoP by choosing who they think the favorite for every matchup is, with a chance to win a grand prize at the end.
How do I participate?
Every week, a form will be posted in this thread containing the week's matchups. Participants will have until Wednesday at 11:59 PM GMT -4 for Qualifiers Round 1 and Main Event Round 1 (Pools) or Tuesday at 11:59 PM GMT -4 for all one-week deadline rounds to fill out their predictions, at which point the form will close to make way for early week games.
What if a game is played early/a matchup changes?
A game played before the 48/72 hour window closes will be voided on all predictions and not worth any points. Similarly, any matchup that is changed through players being substituted out will also be voided on all predictions and not worth any points.
What about tiebreak games?
Tiebreak games will be voted on and counted towards a participant's overall total.
Do I have to vote every week?
No, you can participate as much or as little as you'd like, but we highly recommend those aiming for the grand prize participate as much as possible.
How can I keep track of my progress?
There may be a post here each week (after week one) announcing the previous week's results (tbd), including statistics on how many matches were predicted correctly and a leaderboard for participants, made possible the lovely Ticken. At worst, there will be a predicts stats sheet similar to SPL.
What are the prizes?
At the end of the tournament, the participants with the highest overall point totals (number of winners tbd on total prize) will win a grand prize of at least $350. In the event of a tie between participants, the prize pool will be split evenly among all winners. All prizes are subject to change in the case of future donations.
How can I donate to the prize pool?
