Welcome in Playoffs of the second edition of BW Grand Slam!
Congratulations to Planet, sayyonara, Cielau, Real FV13, and TyCarter for winning the Ubers, UU, RU, NU, and PU Opens respectively!
I would also like to thank our hosts goldmason, skippergamez, AC7, Oathkeeper, and JoaF for the smooth running of these Opens!

Without further ado, here is the list of players who qualified for playoffs and their respective seed:
  1. Real FV13 - 20 points (76.47% Win Ratio)​
  2. Bughouse - 20 points (73.68% Win Ratio)​
  3. TyCarter - 18 points (73.33% Win Ratio)​
  4. zben - 18 points (68.75% Win Ratio)​
  5. A Welcome Guest - 17 points (71.43% Win Ratio)​
  6. Cielau - 15 points (90.00% Win Ratio)​
  7. Planet - 14 points (Won in Tiebreaker, 75.00% Win Ratio)​
  8. Mik3ymon - 14 points (Won in Tiebreaker, 69.23% Win Ratio)

Before playoffs can properly begin, we need to sort out a five way tie at 14 points for the remaining two slots. Each player will be given a seed according to their win ratio, deepest run etc. Following the precedent from Grand Slam, we'll be holding a tiebreak series where the fourth and fifth seed will face each other, then the winner of that match will face the first seed, while the second and third seed will face each other. The winner of #1 vs (#4 vs #5) and the winner of #2 vs #3 will each advance to the playoffs, the one having the best win ratio getting 7th seed.

sayyonara gets to pick the first tier played against either Mik3ymon or Mister McLovin, Planet gets to pick the first tier played against Incognition, and Mik3ymon gets to pick the first tier played against Mister McLovin, due to their better seed. Loser of each game gets to pick the next tier to be played as usual.

Playoffs rules:
  • All sets will be Best of 5, featuring BW Ubers, BW UU, BW RU, BW NU, and BW PU.
  • The higher seed gets to choose the first tier to be played in a set, while the loser of each game gets to pick the next tier to be played.
  • No duplicates: you cannot choose a tier that has already been played in the set!

My opp missed the time tuesday and thursday without warning me that would not be able to make them, waited like 40-50min both times.
I always want to play my games and i know this is a poff round but im calling act, I wont waste my time a third time.
