How come this sub didn't go through?

Many skeptics have pondered why the pdt sub was not valid. Experts in the field have been quoted saying "he wasn't a player on the team nor did he even get the points to qualify" I refute this as utter hogwash! some crazed conspiracy that has somehow become "the norm" this tour is about pokemon battles and given pdt was WILLING to play I demand a total reset starting with pdt vs stareal and then ANOTHER tiebreak also for no reason in particular I think the game between stareal and pdt should be played in [Gen 9] UU. Enjoy your 4 break weeks other playoff teams and lets all have a good rest of the tour.

Now, there were some also small decisions here and there I disagreed with but the biggest is all the tomfoolery that went down in Week 7. How come hammy was allowed to FF on a THURSDAY in a team tour with no pushback from tour hosts? How come this sub didn't go through? I don't know the exact timing but maybe it was exactly 16 minutes or whatever you want to claim. How come OUR act claims during weeks 3 and 5 didn't count for differential but both of theirs did for week 7? Those were not deadgames. The only truly logical answer I can come up with is a clear and deliberate decision from hosts to favor Jirachis for whatever reason.

mb bro, managers said they didn't care if we ff'ed and I was not told that the week was important. Fwiw, I highly doubt it mattered anyways given it was a tier I don't play and don't have teams in and its not like anyone wanted to sub in anyways.
