Rules
  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week as started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Post replays. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later. They're also required.​

RETURN OF THE PREDICTS

there's only 1 series that actually matters this week, so i'll only be covering that one

Melemele Meloettas (3) vs (4) Straw Hatterenes
SV: QWILY vs Azick - these 2 have the same record right now believe it or not... but azick has really pulled it together after starting 1-3 so i'm giving him the momentum edge here- but definitely a highlight SV game for sure
SV: Masskeau vs Leafium Z - leaf has only lost to me thus far, when i prep diffed him by light years, and i think masskeau will be able to do the same with his french superpowers
SV: Cielau vs Stories - both have had slightly underwhelming tours but i'm taking cielau here to pull through, i don't really have anything cool or funny to say here tbh :(
SV: blittius vs Uta The Clown - NEITHER team has been able to win in SV4, so if we're going to talk about tossups, this is the slot we'd do it in. the winner of this one might ultimately decide who takes this series
SS: Master Chief vs Baddy - hatts have been consistently better than the melos in SS this tournament so there's reason to believe that will continue here
SM: Toadow vs Dj Breloominati♬ - an SM masterclass matchup, 2 players that love the game and love the gen. Toadow definitely really wants to stay undefeated though
ORAS: dawnmidst vs SEA - neither of these teams have been particularly impressive in ORAS, but i do think SEA has played the slightly cleaner games
BW: Gelbel3c vs Cow - i'm really only making this pick to make the predict interesting + i've been mean to cow in predicts all season so he deserves some love, gelbel is probably going to win mono cup anyway, this is definitely going to be a fun BW match either way


All eyes on that SV4 game... Hatterenes must win to make playoffs, the Meloettas must win or tie. Neither team can afford the loss, the stakes are HIGH. Good luck to both!!
