What type of bug are you reporting? Random Battles

What is the bug?
Gen 4 random battles illegal set (BD + Jet Azumarill)

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
It's a default set and azumarill couldn't get that combo because of egg move restrictions until gen 6
