Ubers Ubers Classic IX Playoffs [Won by Splendid Silver Star]

First, congratulations to my friend HNNY for making it to the finals. At the same time, I’d also like to share some of my own reflections.
This is my second time qualifying for the UB Classic playoffs. The first time was in 2023, when I was easily swept 3-0 by skysolo. Even though I stumbled into the playoffs by chance, I was deeply unsatisfied that I couldn’t secure a single win. So, I was determined to make it back and prove myself. This year, I did it. Although my goal was to win the championship, I’m still quite satisfied with making it to the top four—after all, I’m not a UB main.
Will I continue playing UB after UPL ends? I’m not sure. I feel like my passion for Pokémon has faded quite a bit. There’s a saying in China that goes, "The fiery spirit of youth is a non-renewable resource." I know I’m no longer the same person who could spend sixteen hours a day playing Showdown.

Actually, I never expected to win it all because I'm only good in 3 of the 5 tiers here (ADV, DPP, ORAS), and Evuelf is just too good. But somehow I made it to the end. s/o to Remnonc and paralysis seeker for the support in BW Ubers, my worst and least favorite tier. Your help did work, and it was my choke losing the BW match in the final. Also s/o to all the friends who supported me in this journey. You guys trust me more than I trust myself.
