Since Pecharunt can't click Struggle the turn after Taunt wears off, that gives us two extra turns, so 10 turns of Leftovers healing. Sneasler has 320 HP, so that's 200 healed, bringing the total to 299 damage = not a KO. Even with a second crit, the worst case scenario becomes 325 damage; I'm not going to calculate the exact probability, but I'm guessing it's well over 99% chance of Sneasler surviving even with a second crit.
