Now admittedly I haven't played RBY ZU in a little while, but I was pretty sure Latios was banned.
To make it worse, Keldeo got quickbanned after the very heated RBY ZU Latios suspect thread. personally I thought Parasect was enough to keep it in check, especially since Keldeo is one of the few waters that never learned blizzard, but others didn't see my vision...
