Tournament World Cup of Randbats 2025 - Captain Signups

Captain: Drop A Draco2.0 (PS User: PS Random Battles)
Co-Captain name (If any) meamPearl
Region: US South
Prior managing experience? None.
Why would you make a good captain?: I have been playing Pokémon since around the age of 6! I have always been interested in random battles, whether IRL through TCG or online Via-Pokémon Showdown. In TCG I used to have my friend(s) build me a deck of random cards they think would be good and I've competed using them. I'm also very active in the Random Battles community! My activity includes challenging high rated players, helping new players, and entering every room tour I can.

Confirming bc Draco's skill + my ability to be chronically online means we can scout the best talent trust

Captain: Estuardo19
Co-Captain: Togeflyyy
Region: Guatemala
Prior managing experience? If so, please elaborate: I've been the co-cap of Guatemala for Wcor last year and for wcop this year (people treat me like if i were the cap :blobastonished:, so im really captain this time)
Why would you make a good captain?: I've played randbats since i joined showdown on 2,018, even if now im more focused in other formats i always keep an eye on randbats. As player i reached the second place on the RB Extension League and played the last wcor of 2022 for Mexico+Caribe and last year for Guatemala. I have a big knowledge acroos the randbats generations and im confident of myself to help my team and the managers as well to have a good tournament for all of us and enjoy it the we can
My co-cap Togefly as well were our cop on wcop this year and i think he did a good job for us, even if a couple of things went out of his hands (not his fault) he managed to do the best he can.
I think both of us will try to do our best and try all our efforts to help the team and make this a tour wich us will enjoy

Captain: Chains of Markov
Co-Captain Name: Flights of Fantsy and Critsomnia
Region: Benelux
Prior managing experience: I've managed the past two WCoRs, and RBTT (hoop hoop) and RBEL (go ko mo o). I was also third man on the Dutch run in WCoP this year. Fantsy also managed the RBEL Pidgeots and has managed a smaller team tour in the Dutch-speaking community.
Why would you make a good captain?: We've all been active in the rands community for a long time, and with activity in both WCoRs and WCoPs we're fairly well aware of the Benelux mons landscape. More importantly, we're taking over the reigns of the team with their blessing. There have not been any issues within team Benelux in WCoR, and we're planning to keep it that way.

Captain: John Dozo
Co-Captain Name: Fantos13
Region: Germany
Prior managing experience: None, but i already have previously shown interest in and signed up for managing. Michael Fantos on the other hand has managed team Germany in all a previous WCOR iterations and thus is our established and trusted leader, who knows how it's done.
Why would you make a good captain?: We know the German community and have played together and fostered a strong core over the previous years. We are deeply invested in rands and look to once again build a competitive team that will go all the way. But foremost we believe that in team tours a good atmosphere is the number one priority. Lastly, we as a captain team bring the necessary knowledge to help where help is needed and can give the valuable input that team mates might sometimes be looking for. GO DEUTSCHLAND!!!
