Blaze of Glory
Intended to evoke themes of Valhalla, the place of warriors who have died in battle and are to fight in Ragnarok in Norse mythos. the bridge of Bifrost, which this design draws inspiration from, connects the mortal realm to Asgard, where Valhalla is located. So, thematically, Ramnarok goes out in a blaze of glory and returns as a Valhallan warrior

Cryoburn Cannon
The only way I can imagine Ramnarok attacking (on the special side) is simultaneously firing volleys of whatever from its horn holes. Duel cannons, perhaps. Maybe one could shoot fire and the other shoot ice idk. Or maybe its like Mega Blastoise where it just comes out of his forehead. Also they share the feeling of being an absolute unit.
Cryo is generating cold, which would consume external energy, and Burn is producing heat, which I suppose would consume and use up internal fuel.
