Welcome to the third National Dex Doubles Swiss Tournament!

  • This is a standard National Dex Doubles tournament. All matches must be played in "[Gen 9] National Dex Doubles" See the National Dex Doubles metagame thread for more information.
  • This is a Swiss-format tournament. Each week you will be paired against a player with your same record. This process will repeat for 7 rounds before moving on to a top cut for all records 5-2 or better.
  • Players will be dropped after receiving their 3rd loss, having activity called on them twice at any point in the tournament, OR not logging onto Smogon at all for the entire duration of a round without notice.
  • Rounds will be Best of Three. You may switch teams in between battles of the same set.
  • Matches must be played on Pokémon Showdown, or SmogTours.
  • Replays are mandatory for all rounds.
  • Activity calls will be made the hosts, with neutral assistance from Smogon tournaments staff if necessary. Coin flips will be done publicly on PS!
  • Only public scheduling (via Smogon profile posts or in this thread) will be accepted for activity calls.
  • In the event something gets banned in the middle of a round, that change will take effect in the next round.
  • Do not cheat. Cheating will result in a disqualification. Additional punishments may be applied as necessary. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:
    • Signing up with more than one account
    • Ghosting or being ghosted by another player (e.g. while playing a set, asking for advice about what team to bring or what plays to make)
    • Manipulating match outcomes (e.g. throwing a match in exchange for Smogon likes)
    • Forcing deadgames and activity wins
  • Do not harass or insult your opponents. I reserve the right to disqualify anyone breaking this rule. Additional punishments may be applied as necessary.

Bruh not only did I call act last round because my opponent ghosted me and wasted my time, but I also said I was dropping. Now you not only gave a win to my opponent but also kept me in the bracket Akaru Kokuyo. If you're keeping me in the tour at least give me the right opponent.

Hi, the win was handed to your opponent precisely because you dropped from the tournament. I apologize for the tag of the round, I should've been more careful there, however until you get the x-3 record your name will still show up for resistance sheet purposes

Calling act on my opponent asked when to schedule no reply also i suggest js dqing em other than signing up for the tournament he hasn't done anything 1 msg total
